Our members are like family.
Kiwanis Club of North Port helps change and shape lives. We partner with the city's 12 schools, the Boys & Girls Club, Holly's Hope, the American Legion, AMVETS and VFW, and other non-profits and the city of North Port. We sponsor the Do the Right Thing program with the North Port Police Department, the Sarasota County School Board Police Department and Holly's Hope to celebrate and reward students for making good choices. We have a Bunny Breakfast, fishing tournament, Breakfast with Santa, and participate in community events.

CELEBRATING YOUTH IN NORTH PORT
"Do the Right Thing" celebrating youth for doing good deeds in the community and making great decisions - some are lifesaving.
FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES, BABY ITEMS
Helping with hurricane response.
We give free supplies and clothing.
SERVICE
We take donated clothing and household items and give them to families in need. We don't sell items, we help North Port residents.
HELPING CHILDREN
Kiwanis donated 2,000 tutus to children who lost their dance studio in North Port. It reopened with new costumes from Kiwanis.
WE PROMISED TO NEVER FORGET
For more than 23 years, Kiwanis says thank you to North Port first responders on Sept. 11 at each fire substation and the police and fire headquarters. Local students make cards and Publix donates cakes and pies. Kiwanis members deliver them after the Sept. 11 ceremony at City Hall.
FREE COMMUNITY EVENTS
Kiwanis sponsors a free Health Expo for all ages, a E-bike Safety Rodeo, a bunny breakfast, fishing tournament and breakfast with Santa and we give scholarships to seniors for college and technical school.
